Business Development - Operations Coordinator

Company: GrizzlyTrek Group

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage expertise in oil and gas construction and shutdowns to manage and coordinate projects effectively.
- Mentor, guide, and support project crews to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Dispatch crews to various projects, ensuring optimal team allocation and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
- Actively promote GrizzlyTrek Group's technical and indigenous staffing services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of indigenous culture and utilize this knowledge to foster meaningful connections with clients and communities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and make informed decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas construction and shutdown projects.
- Proven track record in mentoring and managing teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of indigenous culture, with experience working with indigenous communities an asset.
- Knowledge of the Edmonton area and its industry landscape.
- Experience in promoting and selling staffing services is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
