Worksport is seeking a well-spoken and friendly customer relations specialist to assist in Worksport’s new direct-to-consumer sales channels, which include Worksport’s own eCommerce website as well as eBay, Amazon, and Walmart. If you are selected for the role, we will teach you our products and processes in detail so that you can properly assist Worksport customers.
**Customer Relations Specialist Responsibilities**:
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers;
- Regularly check our ERP system (NetSuite) and shipping system (ShipStation) to verify that orders are being properly fulfilled;
- Coordinate with our shipping team/partner when dealing with non-conventional shipments (ex. shipping an item that is different than the one the customer selected);
- Respond to basic tonneau issues surrounding installation and warranty claims (we will teach you);
- When dealing with extensive claims, document the issue and bring it to the appropriate internal team for discussion prior to responding to the customer;
- Communicate issues at any point of sale/shipping to the individual team responsible for managing that portion of the sale/shipping process;
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams;
- Utilize NetSuite’s CRM functionality;
- General administrative work (potentially)
**What you need to succeed**:
- Experience in a customer support role;
- Understanding of CRM systems;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Quickness to learn our products and sales processes;
- Calmness when assisting impatient customers;
- Multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Has some relevant customer service experience;
- Personal experience with pickup trucks is a plus;
- Has experience working in a company in the midst of expansion
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
