**AP Coordinator - Rome Transportation Inc.**

**What you will do**:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator’s main responsibilities are receiving and reviewing incoming invoices, efficiently and accurately creating invoices and processing payments. The goal of this position is to administer the organization of the accounts payable’s duties while maintaining strong relationships with our partnered carriers and team members.

**You Will Be**:

- Ensure that all accounts payable, tasks and activities are kept up to date in an accurate manner at all times. (Invoicing, carrier payments, POD Calls)
- Resolving disputes to mitigate escalation.
- Set up and edit banking information for carriers.
- Completing daily reports.
- Vetting new carriers, creating, and updating carrier profiles.
- Assist the accounting team by completing clerical tasks as needed.

**You Will Have**
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable procedures
- Customer service and outbound calling experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of workflow with a high level of accuracy.
- Intermediate computer illiteracy, Microsoft office and Excel
