**Position Title**:Data Coordinator/ IT Support
**Reporting to**:Executive Director
**Role**: Under the Executive director’s supervision, the Database Coordinator/ IT Support works to manage the MS Access database and offers technical support to the staff to ensure the organization’s smooth operation.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain organization’s database.
- Assist Executive Director in preparing statistics for reports and funders of the organization.
- Import data from other sources (Eventbrite, Zeffy, web-forms etc.)
- Create forms for donation campaigns, ticket sales and other web signup forms.
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts (Teams, Outlook etc.)
- Attend the monthly staff meeting.
- Manage accounts and apps used by the organization (Google, CanadaHelps, Benevity, etc.)
- Support users with technical issues
- Work with contract tech support to solve tech problems (setup printer, change BIOS settings, explain problems )
- Train users (database & other apps as necessary)
- All employees are expected to participate in WICA’s activities such as fundraisers and other events a few times a year.
- Duties as assigned by Executive Director
**Qualifications**:
- CEGEP DEC in a related field or equivalent experience with at least 1-3 years of experience
- English and French (required)
**Knowledge, skills, and abilities**:
- Excellent (intermediate to advanced) computer skills.
- Previous experience and strong knowledge of databases, ideally Microsoft Access
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
- WordPress forms (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a small team.
**Work conditions**:
**21 hours** per week
**25$ **per hour
Hybrid mode (2 days in office and 1-day from home)
Will work occasional nights and weekends as required or at the request of the Executive Director
Be flexible to work additional hours during peak times (ex: year-end)
