Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team This person will be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer orders into our procurement system, while ensuring the smooth delivery of products to our customers. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to resolve order-related inquiries and provide timely updates.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive incoming customer orders and sort them based on priority;
- Enter and edit customer orders into Netsuite, ensuring accuracy in pricing, items, quantities, purchase order number, shipping & billing information, and location selection;
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Reps and the Global Strategist to validate and enter customer POs accurately, and address any incomplete or missing information;
- Conduct a weekly review of pending orders to identify any delays or issues and take necessary actions to resolve them;
- Maintain a high degree of data accuracy and integrity while handling sensitive customer information;
- Monitor and follow-up on order tracking information, ensuring timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders;
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or similar role;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience with Netsuite, an asset;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
