**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough cost analysis and prepare accurate project estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and contract documents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
- Oversee project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues.
- Wow our clients through exquisite communication by providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Add/create new ideas for our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the pressure washing/soft washing industry.
- Class 5 driver’s license.
