Fraser Delta Technical Group is a technical services firm operating in the Ports and Terminals industry. Our core services are strategy development, process implementation, data modeling, and project plan execution in Asset Management, Project Management, and Materials Management initiatives.

**Role**

**Responsibilities**
- **Safety**:Hold safety paramount in all activities related to work planning.
- **Planning and Scheduling**: Develop detailed turnaround schedules, resource plans, and budgets based on operational needs and maintenance requirements.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with operations, maintenance, procurement, and external contractors to ensure seamless execution of turnaround activities.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Resource Allocation**: Manage and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve turnaround objectives.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track progress during execution, address deviations, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Post-turnaround, analyze performance data to identify lessons learned and recommend improvements for future turnarounds.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in turnaround or shutdown planning in industrial settings, preferably bulk materials handling, terminals, or similar facilities.
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Technologist, Red Seal Trade Qualification or a related technical field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle, JDE).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Background in bulk material handling is an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
