**Responsibilities**:
The Turnaround Planner is responsible for:

- Create and assemble accurate job packages for safe and efficient execution.
- Develop job plans for maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Plan mechanical work for rotating equipment, conveyor systems, scraper blades, and train dumper.
- Include crafts such as millwrights, pipefitters, welders, and scaffolders.
- Develop Capital commissioning packages as needed.
- Be on call during turnarounds for additional job packages.
- Verify that all job packages meet requirements.
- Review and verify PM orders for completeness and scope clarity.
- Verify field conditions, component specs, and constructability.
- Confirm job steps, man-hours, costs, and support equipment requirements.
- Collaborate to adjust inspection scope and minimize contingencies.
- Update and verify P&IDs and engineering drawings to match field equipment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Journeyperson Millwright or equivalent education
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role with hands-on field experience
- Prior experience scheduling in P6
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to develop others and foster diverse relationships.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $80.00-$90.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
