Floral Wholesale Account Manager/sales Associate

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Foster sales while sustaining productive and confident client relationships.
- Efficiently manage a portfolio of multiple customer accounts.
- Promptly address and resolve client concerns to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Oversee client orders meticulously through each phase of the sales cycle every week.
- Comprehend and advocate for company programs, employing them as strategic tools to bolster sales.
- Maintain vigilance and warmly welcome prospective or newly onboarded businesses.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Associates and support personnel to ensure the accurate processing and timely fulfillment of floral orders.
- Project a positive representation of United Floral Incorporated, exhibiting professionalism and hospitality to all affiliated parties.
- Analyze and optimize personal client portfolios in conjunction with the Sales Manager to identify sales growth opportunities and achieve targets.
- Supply detailed reports to management regarding client requirements, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential territory and relationship development strategies.
- Formulate and implement action plans aimed at augmenting revenue within the designated sales portfolio.
- Ensure precise inventory management and report any discrepancies identified.

Qualifications:

- Superior written and verbal communication, persuasive selling, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Proficient in managing relationships and amenable to constructive criticism.
- Advanced critical thinking, adept problem-solving abilities, and a self-starter attitude.
- Extensive expertise in florals, with a particular emphasis on weddings and events.
- Background in floral design or horticulture will be considered favorably.
- Familiarity with current trends in the floral consumer market is desirable.
- At least two years of relevant sales or warehouse experience an asset.
- Demonstrable motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales targets, supported by a proven track record.
- Exceptional skills in prioritization, time management, and organization.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) and the capacity to master new proprietary software.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation Package:

- A competitive base salary and commission package.
- A performance-based incentive program aligned with sales KPI's.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
