We’re looking for a
**Receptionist/Title Clerk**. The work location for this position is
**North Battleford, Saskatchewan**, and is considered a
**fully on-site** role.
- In this role you’ll:_- Operate a high-volume telephone switchboard receiving customer enquiries and assist customers with their ability to use all of Ritchie Bros services-
- Ability to explain how bidding and unreserved auctions work-
- Support customers during the auction registration process for online bidding-
- Resolve issues and track interactions relating to customer accounts-
- Provide information related to past and upcoming auctions and equipment-
- Assist with post sale accounts receivable phone calls and payment processing-
- Ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times to all customers-
- Provide additional administrative support as needed-
- Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.- Here’s what you bring:_- Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers-
