Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth salon experience. Your role will involve managing appointments, assisting with cashiering duties, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.

**Main Purpose of the Job**:
Responsible for hair salon’s day to day business operations, administrative, and clerical tasks.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients and guests.
- Attend to client’s inquiries.
- Direct clients to appropriate stylist and station.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mails/deliveries.
- Organize staff’s schedules and meetings.
- Oversee inventory of hair salon products and replenish them as necessary.
- Implement infection control procedures at the salon.
- Ensure all hair services meet high quality standards.
- Promote services on social media.
- Create marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a hair salon.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking, stress, and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
