**Job Summary**
- Responding promptly to inquiries in person, via mail, electronically, and over the telephone.
- Effectively identifying and assessing customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Accurately logging client information and requirements into our information system for future reference.
- Offering clear and concise information or instructions to assist customers in resolving their issues or queries.
- Coordinating the allocation of appropriate technical or commercial resources to address customer concerns.
- Handling customer complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfactory resolution and maintain positive relationships.
- Following up on outstanding service cases until resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Recording and relaying information, schedule, and confirm appointments
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and service activities.
**Requirements**:
- Good interpersonal skill, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver timely results.
- Must be able to prioritize effectively, and be very detail oriented
- Positive and professional team attitude - punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
- Comfortable with technology and working tightly with a team
- Previous customer service experience is needed
- Bilingual (English + French) is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent
**Schedule**:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
- Full-time: 8 hours shift
- Part-time: Flexible on both weekday or weekend
**Salary**: From $20~$26 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
