Online Customer Service Specialist

United Continental Holdings is looking for a detail-oriented and independent Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in updating product information and images on the company website - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Resourceful and able to work independently - Strong strategic planning skills - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
