- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns or outstanding needs.
- Set and achieve sales goals by using unique and innovative practices and building your personal brand that aligns with Capital culture.
- Provide ownership support through a smooth transition to the Service Department.
- Support sales by keeping the showroom and lot orderly and attractive to passersby and drive more foot traffic.
- Qualifications that Hit the Gas_
- Proven track record of 2-3 years successful sales experience in a high-value retail environment - bonus points for any marketing expertise
- Proven ability to enchant customers with an exceptional experience.
- Navigate the twists and turns of communication with finesse and ease.
- Embrace technology and leverage it to enhance your sales prowess.
- A natural at building and maintaining strong relations - both with customers and with coworkers.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and safe driving record
