**Responsibilities**:

- _ Scheduling Appointments_
- _ Answering Telephones in a Timely and Professional Manner_
- _ Providing General Information to Patients_
- _ Checking in Patients Upon Arrival; Validating Health Cards_
- _ Exam Room Set Up, Maintenance and Organization_
- _ Facilitate Communication Between Physicians and Patients with Appropriate Documentation_
- _ Maintain Patient Confidentiality_

**Skills**
- _ Proficient in Computer Skills_
- _ General Knowledge of Electronic Booking is an Asset_
- _ Able to Work in Both a Team Environment and Independently_
- _ Excellent Verbal Skills_
- _ Friendly and Enthusiastic_
- _ Highly Capable of Multitasking_
- _ Knowledge of Medical Programs_
- _ EMR Accuro experience preferred but will train_
