These products were quickly embraced by the South-Asian community allowing ITN Food Corp to expand their product selection. Fast forward to 2023, ITN has expanded their product offerings, importing many of the premium brands from India and Pakistan.

This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of international shipments from the supplier to C-ITN, U-ITN, BC-ITN optimizing transportation and distribution processes, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in our supply chain operations. The position will be responsible for developing a clear view of forecasted demand. The Supply Chain Coordinator will collaborate with various teams such as Sales, Operations and Warehouse.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Implementing Production Module in ITN-ERP system (SPIRE).
- Developing Bill of Materials for all SKUs and implementing in the ERP system.
- Creating SOPs for the supply chain management and warehouse management.
- Ensuring accuracy of warehouse stocks level in the system. SOPs to develop.
- Creating templates for production department to ensure all in-house manufacturing process being recorded accurately.
- Imputing these production reports in the ERP system to generate accurate inventory levels and costing.
- Working closely with purchasing and the supply chain department to ensure adequate stock levels being maintained.
- Costing Updates of inventory through Bill of Materials.
- Vendor Purchasing Import (Local & International vendors and non-sellable inventory as well packaging material, Artwork & Machinery and Equipment inventory).
- Packaging material, parts and equipment inventory control and costing.
- Review supply requisitions (Local Vendors and non-sellable inventory.
- Warehouse spot checking & inventory auditing.
- Control correspondences (Vendors and Non Sellable inventory).
- Inventory Control (Re-order Point) - Packaging materials.
- Cost Calculation and Analysis.
- To ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation, stock transfer and dealing with non-conforming product.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within the Food industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices such GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP & BRC Protocols.
