Agricultural Service Technician Apprentice

HJV Equipment is a growing agricultural equipment distributor. As a leader in the specialized agricultural industry, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Service repairs and maintenance for specialty agricultural equipment, responding to customers’ needs promptly
- Conducts preventative maintenance inspections
- Provides quotations, accurate and timely logging of billed time and submission of work orders
- Consistently demonstrates a high quality of workmanship and professional image
- Works effectively with all internal departments

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years experience is a strong asset, or an apprentice with farming background
- Technical knowledge an asset: hydraulic systems, electric systems and drive lines
- Understands the agricultural business
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
- Able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Able to prioritize workload and deal with a variety of variables
- Valid driver’s license
