CPRI is seeking four Residence Managers to join us. As a Residence Manager, you will play a vital role in planning and managing the implementation of gender-responsive assessment and treatment programs, and individualized treatment plans for children and youth. You will be responsible for ensuring that these programs and services are consistent with the ministry vision and division's standards.

In addition, you will contribute to the development of facility programs, policies, and procedures that align with the ministry vision and service delivery standards. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for managing staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 24/7 facility.

Your work as a Residence Manager will create a therapeutic setting that fosters positive relationships and utilizes evidence-based approaches to services for children and youth within the organization. Your leadership and management skills will be essential in ensuring the success of these programs and services, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both staff and clients.

**Please Note**:
As our facility operates 24/7, the Residence Manager will be required to work evenings, weekends, overnight shifts and on statutory holidays. Physical presence in the office is also crucial for the success of this role.

The Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI) provides trauma-informed and highly specialized services for children and youth of Ontario who experience complex and long-standing combinations of mental health difficulties and/or developmental challenges where these difficulties significantly impact functioning in multiple areas such as home, school and community and appropriate community interventions have not produced the desired response. CPRI provides services that are based on a partnership model with community service providers. Our services include Assessment, Consultation, Treatment, Research and Education in both outpatient and inpatient services.

**What can I expect to do in this role?**: How will you make an impact at the Child and Parent Resource Institute?
- You will support the delivery of services to vulnerable children and youth and ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
- You will assess and manage emergency situations, such as evacuations, behavioural disturbances and implement security practices to ensure safety and protection of clients and staff.
- You will provide leadership for program implementation and changes within clinical areas to monitor program effectiveness.
- You will coordinate the analysis and develop recommendations for improvements to inpatient services (e.g., risk management, patient safety).
- You will work collaboratively with staff and clinical areas to facilitate specialized inpatient treatment services and coordinate focus groups.
- You will contribute to the development of planning of organizational goals and contingency plans, and recommend changes to improve service delivery.
