Our Move Better Physiotherapy + Rehabilitation Centre offers comprehensive services, including physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, and injury prevention, catering to both athletes and the general population.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels according to Speed Training Lab + High Performance Centre® Lab Test Protocols.
- Learn Speed Training protocols, run small group sessions using our specialized performance treadmills, and strength and conditioning training program.
- Track and monitor workload and client progress.
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and form.
- Motivate and support clients to help them stay committed to their fitness routines.
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed.
- If certified, opportunity to work with personal training clients.

**Qualifications**
- Certification in personal training OR experience with Coaching and/or Group Training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and motivate clients effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide clients towards their fitness goals

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 28 per week
