Basketball Coach

Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' skills, techniques, and game strategies
- Provide guidance and instruction to players during practice
- Evaluate players' performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities and schedules
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Ensure the safety of all players during practices and games

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire players
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and interact with athletes of all ages
- Ability to analyze players' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized training plans
- Passion for the sport of basketball and a desire to educate and mentor young athletes

Note: This is for the role of a House League Basketball coach. Players abilities range from beginner to advanced. This description is not an extensive list of all responsibilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
