**Purpose of the position**:
Enhance audience engagement, expand our target audience, and solidify AIR Media-Tech's positive reputation. Drive organic promotion of our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement organic promotion strategies for educational events on specialized platforms to attract potential partners (English, Ukrainian, Spanish).
- Execute organic promotion campaigns for company products.
- Increase positive online mentions of the company on relevant websites.
- Develop and maintain a database of target websites and forums.
- Conduct in-depth target audience analysis.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports.

**Working conditions**:

- Full-time remote position.
- Flexible schedule with a start time before 11:00 AM.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in crowd marketing, guerrilla marketing, and SERM.
- Successful track record in developing crowd-promotion strategies for products, services, and websites.
- Experience working with foreign forums and platforms; ability to build a database or quickly acquire relevant platforms.
- Expertise in crowd-promoting info-products, SaaS services, or media products.
- Strong copywriting skills; ability to write independently and manage copywriters/proofreaders/translators.
- Excellent project management skills, including writing clear job descriptions, coordinating teams, and meeting deadlines.
- Highly responsible, organized, decisive, communicative, creative, and proactive.

**Preferred Qualifications a plus**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- AI proficiency.
- B2 English language level.
