We are hiring caregivers at Remember When Homecare

We are looking for caregivers to provide all aspects of personal care in client homes and long-term care facilities. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available.

**Duties may include but are not limited to**:
All Aspects of Personal Care (bathing, washing, dressing)

Meal Preparation

Grocery Shopping/Errands

Light Housekeeping

Companion Care

Medication Reminders

Overnight Care

Respite Care (for family members or primary caregivers)

Patient Attendant Services for Hospitals/Facilities

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Must have clear Criminal Background Check & Vulnerable Sector Check upon hire
- CPR/First Aid Certification is required within 3 months of hire
- Must be able to travel to 74 Pleasant Street, Digby

**Additional Preferences (not required)**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is considered an asset, but not a requirement
- Persons with previous caregiving experience can apply, or those who are willing to learn
- Home Support Workers, Personal Support Workers & CCA's can apply
- Current Nursing and/or CCA students can apply
- Retired nurses & healthcare workers can apply
- International Students in Canada with a healthcare background can apply

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

**Schedule**:

- Depending on clients’ schedule preference, shift duration could be a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 12 hours
