About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Caregiver Assistant to join Tideview Terrace.

Responsibilities
  • Work Setting: The ideal candidate will be working in a rural nursing home environment.
  • Perform a variety of tasks: including patient care, personal care, and supply management.
  • Assist with: feeding, bathing, and dressing patients.
  • Monitor patients' conditions: taking vital signs and reporting any changes.
  • Transport patients: safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment: adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team: to ensure excellent patient care and a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: An asset, but not required.
  • Certifications: Continuing Care Assistant Certification, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Willingness to work shift or on-call hours.
