Job Title: Continuing Care Assistant

Tideview Terrace is seeking a skilled Continuing Care Assistant to join our team. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Continuing Care Assistant Certification.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
