**Community Development Worker**
Summer contract - 14 weeks, 35 hours/week

**JOB SUMMARY**

The Community Development Worker’s tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Database Management
- Donor acquisition strategies
- Donor relationship management
- Marketing for fundraising purposes

**Preferred Background**
- Enrolled and/or a graduate in a post-secondary program in Communications and sales,Marketing.
- Fluently bilingual in English & French; written & spoken. We require English communication skills due to the majority of our clientele being from the English speaking community.
- Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment;
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment; and,
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 weeks

**Salary**: From $14.25 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- English and French (required)
