We are seeking a Desktop Support person to join our team for a three month contract opportunity

The applicant will be responsible for supporting employees technology needs, including onboarding and exits. This is a hybrid position, primarily out of the Kingston, Ontario office but also remote intermittently.

As Desktop Support, you will be responsible for:
Support
- User support (onboarding, exits, access)
- Supporting user-end of 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office)
- Support employee, office hardware
- Assist with on-premise server hardware support
- Assist the whole Network team as needed
- Triage support requests
- Primary contact for network support issues
- Certificate/diploma, or equivalent work experience, in a related discipline such as

Network Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science
- Thorough knowledge of networking essentials an asset but not required
- Good problem solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Very good self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Very good teamwork and conflict resolution ability
- Professional attitude and customer service focused
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills

This full time role requires mínimal lifting and working from a seated position for periods of time. This role is typically performed in an office based environment which would be our Kingston Benefits by Design office or hybrid. Want to join our team? Submit your resume today
