We are currently looking for a level 2 IT Technician. This is a full-time, permanent position. Applicant must possess a full G license with a clean driving record. This position requires travel to client premises. Negative criminal check and Covid vaccinations would be required.

Must be fluent in English.

Duties and qualifications include, but not limited to:

- Setting up new PC’s
- Answer customer calls concerning network, printing and computer related issues.
- Advanced networking
- Knowledge of computer hardware and laptops
- Ability to follow existing documentation to ensure proper troubleshooting
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Practical experience with Windows Operating System in a domain environment.
- Practical experience with O365 in a Microsoft Exchange environment.
- Ability to work as a team member in a dynamic environment.
- Independent worker/ self-motivated.
- Must be able to translate technical issues to a business level understanding.
- 3+ years of technical experience with desktop support in a domain environment or demonstrable knowledge of such systems.
- A+ certification.
- Network+, MCP, or MCSA preferred.
- Extensive Active Directory and Azure
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Three - five years support experience required.
- Installation of ethernet cabling for computer networks or CCTV systems
- Working at Heights, Mobile Elevated Work Platform Certification or willing to acquire these certifications.
