**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and various IT services
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Perform routine maintenance on systems and networks to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with firewall configuration and monitoring
- Handle desktop support tasks including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency and user experience

**Field Technician with Networking-Cabling experience.**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in the field.
- Communicate professionally in English, follow Standard Operating Procedures, and promptly transmit job documentation.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware from various vendors.
- Resolving general IT issues related to jobs.
- Configure POS/Kiosk/Computer systems, swap parts and cables, and install operating systems.
- Follow detailed client/vendor instruction manuals to resolve issues.
- Conduct system upgrades and updates as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

**Skills**:

- Familiarity of LAN and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Legally be allowed to work in Canada.
