**The role**
Freedom Mobile is currently hiring a Dealer Support Representative to join our sales team in Calgary, Alberta and Toronto, Ontario. Reporting to the Manager, National Dealer Field sales, the primary focus of the Dealer Support representative would be to Conduct monthly store visits and quarterly compliance audits. Also provide constructive and valuable feedback to the DSR manager, which than would be shared with the business to make necessary adjustments. Ensure quality of customer experience across all locations in their respective regions. Fostering strong relationships with our Dealer store sales staff and providing them with key updates, training, and development opportunities.
**A typical day**
- The DSR will build and maintain relationships, store visits and sales expectations along with finding ways to ensure efficiency of freedom mobile operations.
- Ability to partner with designated accounts and team members to establish goals, diagnose problems, determine tactical plans, and skills competencies to overcome challenges.
- Ability to influence store reps in remote locations, both at their site and through other communication methods
**Your skills/experience**
- Post-Secondary Education and Diploma
- 1 - 3 years retail store management or equivalent team leadership experience
- Proven Experience as a Territory Manager would be an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in product showcasing, sales and simplifying complex information for different audiences.
- Customer centric, responsive with high sense of urgency in meeting timelines
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
**Other details**
- This position requires the successful completion of a criminal and credit background check.
- Valid driver’s license required and has access to a vehicle.
- Varied work schedule to support the operational hours of our various accounts: some evenings and weekends could be required.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory (75%+)
- Ability to manage business expenses while traveling.
