In this position, you will participate in daily interaction with customers, members of the internal activation team, whether senior or junior, and in the implementation of team counterparts.

You will also be responsible for the development and growth of more junior team members by ensuring they are exposed to all necessary facets of the planning process.

You will have a good understanding of the plan options, the areas that have been explored on behalf of a client's business and the critical list of areas to explore.

**Main responsibilities**
- Responsible for overall management of client activities
- Develop, execute and present media plans from conception to completion.
- Delegate appropriately to the team to support the development and execution of media plans.
- Examine and study synergies, targeted opportunities and new media opportunities.
- Get deeply involved with the client in brainstorming sessions to achieve the set objectives with extraordinary solutions.
- Ensure that media plans meet the client's objectives, are strategic and achieve efficiency objectives.
- Present plan recommendations to client teams.
- Responsible for all client finances, which includes but is not limited to: billing, ensuring billing discrepancies and issues are managed in a timely manner, client profitability, etc.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive media knowledge base and synthesize information into ideas.
- Manage the progress reporting process to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
- Liaise with internal implementation (Trading) teams to ensure the seamless integration of ideas into media plans, ensuring deliverables are aligned with the plan's overall strategies, deadlines are met and deadlines are met. programs/results are coordinated and presented holistically to the client.
- Maintain contact with clients/manage client requests - i.e. plan changes, budget changes, provide market information.
- Supervision, training and development of staff and role as a positive role model with a strong work ethic and vigorous review of all work to ensure a high level of quality.

**Your qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital planning and direct customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian media landscape
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration or communications; OR equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated skills in supervision, delegation and mentoring.
- Working knowledge of syndication tools (DDS, Prisma, DCM, Sizmek, MOAT, DBM & Vividata etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for overall management of client business
