Core Responsibilities
The Digital Media Supervisor will oversee the Digital Planning team, leading the implementation of digital campaigns. Responsibilities include formulating and executing strategies, researching, and creating media plans, and conducting post-campaign reporting and analytics. This role involves day-to-day management of digital campaigns, ensuring effective execution, and optimizing to the overall success of the campaign.
What your typical day will look like:
Develop strategic digital media plans and campaign management (Paid Display, Paid Video, Paid Social)
Data driven - ability to read and tell stories with data
Lead, mentor and foster teamwork
Support the Digital Media team with day-to-day tasks
Client management on Hyundai and Genesis account
Optimize internal process for better function and flow
Cross-Team Liaison: Act as a liaison between various internal teams including Account Management, Ad Operations, Programmatic, Buying, and Finance, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration
What makes you stand out:
Proven experience in digital media planning and campaign management, with a strong understanding of Paid Display, Paid Video, and Paid Social channels.
Knowledge of executing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Manager an asset
Proficient with numbers and spreadsheet management; strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent time management, project management, and overall organizational skills
Ability to identify growth opportunities in campaigns
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and collaborative, with exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
Ability to establish productive relationships with people at all levels
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
What you bring:
~5+ years in media agency experience
~ College Degree in Advertising or Data Analytics, is an asset
~ Knowledge of the media industry and how agencies operate required
