We are looking for experienced, dedicated, **BREAKFAST SERVERS **to join our team

**About Us**

Linden Leaf Restaurant is a new dining establishment set to open in the Leeds and Grenville community. We are excited to offer upscale comfort food with a European twist. As part of our core values, we emphasize friendliness and a humble outlook, ensuring our guests receive a warm, memorable dining experience.

We are on the hunt to find servers who are looking for a part-time job and available to work on Saturdays and Sundays for breakfast service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take and process orders swiftly and accurately.
- Prepare beverages.
- Send orders to kitchen operating on a POS system.
- Serve food and buss tables.
- Manage table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Knowledgeably list ingredients and common allergens present in menu items to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Check customers’ IDs in compliance with alcohol consumption regulations.
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of our menu to answer guest queries effectively, including details about wine, cocktails, and culinary techniques.
- Go above and beyond to meet guests' needs and maintain the restaurant's high standards.
- Fully understand and comply with all health and safety requirements of the restaurant.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for interacting with people.
- Ability to perform duties under pressure with a friendly and patient attitude.
- Smart Serve certification (required).
- Flexibility to work shifts including holidays

**Hours of Operation**:
Monday-Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday-Friday: 4pm-close

**Saturday**:9am-2pm** / 4pm-close

**Sunday**:9am-2pm**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 16 per week
