Inn on the Twenty is currently seeking a Full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor/Special Events Coordinator to join our growing team

**What you'll be doing**:
Food & Beverage Supervisor Responsibilities:

- Carry out standards and procedures
- Supervise dining room setup
- Monitor and supervise Food & Beverage Team
- Responsible for group billing
- All opening and closing duties
- Assist servers during peek hours
- Ability to resolve guest and team member complaints
- Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge
- To ensure all equipment in the department is correctly used, maintained and properly stored and is always kept clean, that inventory preparation is carried out and ensuring department is running efficiently. To be responsible for any monetary transactions during shift.

Special Events Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Ensures all equipment and materials are on site for the event and in good working order.
- Inspects the event space prior to Guest arrival to ensure cleanliness as well as ensure sanitation and cleanliness of all work areas (i.e. storage areas)
- Responsible for timely set up of the site according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
- Provides on-site coordination the day of the event; assisting with Guest arrivals and event timing.
- Assists the Client with final details and organization the day of the event.
- Guide banquet team in the set up of floor plans (i.e. tables and place settings)
- Supervise the events and Team Members throughout service
- Responsible for consistently implementing service and operating standards
- Responsible for alcohol inventory & consumption and banquet Team Members hours.
- Suggesting additional product and services meeting our guests’ specific preferences. All other duties as assigned.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Smart Serve Certification
- Reliable transportation to Jordan Station
- 3-5 years of previous serving experience preferred
- Previous experience in events/banquets
- Strong ability to multitask
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
