Payroll Implementation Specialist, 12-month Contract

Join our team as a Payroll Implementation Specialist In this role you will be supporting the ADP Workforce Manager (WFM) implementation. This role involves configuring, testing, and overseeing processes to enhance time and attendance and scheduling functionalities, ensuring accurate, timely payroll based on provincial regulations and smooth team scheduling.
**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Assisting in designing new processes ensuring they align with organizational goals
- Managing the data conversion and migration from legacy systems to the new platform
- Conducting platform testing, including functionality, integration and user acceptance testing
- Developing test scenarios to validate platform features, ensuring they meet user requirements and function
- Liaising with the vendor implementation team, coordinating tasks, ensuring timelines are met and addressing any implementation challenges.
- Liaising with the internal larger project team to collect feedback and ideas on the end-user needs
- Providing training and support to end-users
- Conducting thorough troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Providing post-launch support and monitoring performance
- A University Degree in HR, IT or related field
- A minimum of 5 years working with and/or implementing time and attendance platform with scheduler
- Time and Attendance experience as well as proficiency working with large data sets
- Experience with change management, building relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- A payroll certification (PCP or PLP), is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ADP Workforce Manager Platform is considered an asset
- Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset
