We host 12 exclusive CEO EDGE events and a 1-day CEO EDGE Summit each year to provide opportunities for business leaders to participate in high-impact peer learning events that are designed to give them the leadership EDGE: Educate, Discover, Grow and Execute.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Combination of active account management (50%) and new business development (50%) is the primary role.
- Conduct proactive follow up calls and sales to qualified warm leads in the database to farm for sales opportunities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through identifying new leads and converting them into opportunities and moving them along each step of the sales process
- Use marketing collateral to nurture prospective clients and to communicate the value of our services in an effective way
- Provide weekly pipeline and progress reports
- Prepare monthly sales activities reports to present to head of sales

- Dealt with top decision-makers and multiple decision makers
- Made prospecting calls
- Processed a prospect from start to finish
- Closed deals individually
- Sold value over price
- Had positions which included commission-based selling
- Managed a territory or book of business
- Grew a territory and existing accounts through referrals

**Front of the Line**:If you have the experience
- Experience in selling professional services
- 3 plus years proven sales experience in a Business Development role will be viewed as an asset
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing is preferred, or you have related work experience in lead prospecting (outbound calls)
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce a plus)

**Education**:

- Minimum grade 12 education.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, so the opportunity is yours for the taking
- Excellent benefits package which includes a computer and medical, and dental.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- North Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
