**About the role**

As part of the Learning and Development - Technology and Innovation team, you will contribute to connect technology to the learning experience of 20,000+ employees and brokers. You will play a key role in the efficiency of our learning ecosystem with the support of our systems, features deployment, process optimization, and defect management. You will bring innovation to life and be at the forefront of designing and delivering technology-based solutions to enhance the learning experience of 20,000+ employees and brokers, and create new opportunities for our stakeholders. You will join an L&D team that made the world top 100 APEX and grow with us and strive through various technology-driven projects and initiatives.

**What you’ll do here**:

- Collaborate with the various training teams, and act as the Workday Learning Administrator
- Help drive decisions and recommendations based on best practices related to Workday Learning.
- Contribute to the maintenance, optimization, and support of LinkedIn Learning, Pluralsight, OverDrive/Libby, and Accredible.
- Identify risks, and recommend options to enhance existing processes, and meet functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the HR Management System team and IT on various system integration.
- Mentor, and counsel various Workday Learning Partners in the organization on industry standards and leading practices.
- Configure and test the Workday Learning system enhancements and releases.
- Contribute to change management by creating and maintaining documentation related to the learning workstream.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor in learning technologies, or equivalent experience.
- More than 1 year of experience with Workday Learning is required
- Strong troubleshooting mindset.
- Experience in project management, an asset.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office 365.
- Passion for excellence, customer service and collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables,
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with people in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust.
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.
