Dans le cadre de la transformation entreprise par Agropur, nous cherchons à combler un poste pour soutenir la transformation des processus Finance (Comptabilité Financière et Corporative) du point de vue de l'efficacité et de l'efficience. En outre, ce poste soutiendra l'organisation en optimisant les processus de finance sur la base des pratiques de pointe et en apportant son expertise à l'ensemble de l'organisation.

Relevant du responsable de la transformation des activités finance, le partenaire d'affaires aura pour principal mandat de mettre en œuvre, de diriger et de réaliser des activités clés dans le cadre du plus important projet de transformation d'Agropur. Visant à améliorer les processus et les contrôles en collaboration avec d'autres équipes telles que le Commerciale, la Chaîne d'approvisionnement et la Fabrication, il/elle agira comme agent de changement et comme expert(e) pour assurer la réalisation des livrables et assurer la cohérence des initiatives avec la vision future de la fonction finance et d'Agropur.

Le Business Partner devra tirer parti d'une vision innovante et remettre en question le statu quo tout en recherchant l'adhésion des équipes finances et des différents acteurs de l'organisation. Il/elle agira en tant qu'ambassadeur et leader dans l'établissement d'une culture d'amélioration continue des procédures, processus et contrôles.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Participer au projet de transformation sur les processus assigné selon la vision du leadership.
- Soutenir l'harmonisation des processus dans les différents pays et l'alignement sur la solution standard.
- Identifier les opportunités de gains d'efficacité (pour améliorer la productivité et la performance) et piloter la réalisation de ces projets (automatisation, amélioration des processus).
- Mettre en place des mesures rigoureuses liées au tableau de bord équilibré afin d'évaluer les performances et de réduire la variabilité/les défauts dans les processus finance critiques.
- Devenir propriétaire de la solution dans les processus qui lui sont attribués
- Agir en tant qu'expert en matière de finance, pendant le projet LEAP, tout en préparant l'entreprise à gérer les processus de l'état futur.
- Définir et soutenir la vision future des processus finance tout en agissant en tant qu'expert au sein de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer avec diverses parties prenantes (tiers, entreprise, différents flux, etc.) pour évaluer, améliorer les processus et apporter de la valeur ajoutée à la mise en œuvre de SAP (conception, configuration, tests unitaires, formation, etc.)
- Participer à la construction et aux activités du matériel de formation
- Soutenir les activités de test et la résolution des défauts
- Identifier, développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour accroître l'efficacité des processus ;
- Veiller à ce que tous les éléments livrables du projet soient achevés à temps ;
- Assurer un partenariat avec les différents acteurs (différents flux, tiers, etc.) tout au long de la mise en œuvre, mais aussi pendant les activités de post-lancement et de soutien.

**Ce qu’il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**
- Titre professionnel comptable (CPA) ;
- Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire et/ou autre rôle en comptabilité qui serait pertinent ;
- Avoir de solides connaissances et une expertise en matière de processus Finance (Comptabilité Financière et Corporative).
- Avoir une expérience et une expertise approfondies en matière d'amélioration des processus
- Avoir participé à la mise en œuvre d'un ERP en tant que super utilisateur (atout) ;
- Expérience avec SAP (atout important) ;
- Bilingue, excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) est obligatoire ;
- Bonne compétence des outils informatiques dont Excel et Power Point.
