Job Description: Customer Experience Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing Sales by scanning or manually entering the prices of items in the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Handle a high volume of transactions and incoming calls from customers
- Merchandising on the sales floor with proper pricing, creating visually appealing displays, and counters.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Retail Mechandising a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
