**What you do**:
As a key member of the Operations Systems team, the **Operations Program Manager** is responsible for the development and support of tools and systems utilized by the field Operations team and restaurant managers. This role manages programs and projects from inception through completion, while maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure quality in products and support. This role is also responsible for coordinating communications and training for both field Operations and restaurant staff pertaining to these tools and systems.

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Plan, develop and implement Operational systems, monitoring the performance of all systems and tools and consistently seeking ways to optimize / improve these.
- Provide support for any issues encountered with operational system and tools by the field Operations team and restaurants.
- Develop and maintain national operations program management practices, methodologies, standards, and templates.
- Execute all stages of project management from planning through to sustainment, for any new products or programs related to Operations.
- Work closely with 3rd party vendors to establish and maintain positive partnerships.

**Who you are**:

- You have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent work experience;
- You have 2-3 years of experience with program or project management;
- You have excellent problem solving abilities;
- You have very strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team;
- You may have the added experience or understanding of restaurant operations.
