**Job description - Property Administrator (Birchwood Village - North Bay**)

**The Role**
- Provide general information to prospective tenants over the phone and in person at the counter.
- Set up appointments for viewings.
- Accept payments at the counter & prepare bank deposits.
- Walking the areas of our complex monitoring condition of front & back yards
- Taking notes and photographs of infractions to follow up with calls, letters or N5’s.
- Hand delivering notices/letters/flyers and time sensitive court documents.
- Maintain all filing systems, spreadsheets and databases.
- Prepare leases, letters, notices, flyers, documents etc.
- Operation of regular office equipment
- Responsible for covering the office when Property Manager is absent.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Must be proficient in Adobe & Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Property Management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Applicants must have reliable transportation, preferably a vehicle, to effectively perform job duties. The role involves delivering notices, conducting inspections, and covering a large area, which may require transportation between locations.**

**Schedule: 7.5-hour shift**

**Work Location: Birchwood Village - North Bay**

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
