Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the property management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Duties**:

- **Administrative Management**: Handle administrative tasks such as delivering renewal letters, updating timesheets, and communicating daily activities to the Head Office.
- **Maintenance Oversight**: Ensure cleanliness of building grounds and common areas, manage lawn and ground maintenance, oversee garbage removal, and maintain snow-free pathways.
- **Visitor Parking Control**: Monitor and manage visitor parking, coordinate with the Property Manager on ticketing and towing activities.
- **Contractor Coordination**: Schedule and facilitate on-site meetings with contractors for various services, ensuring access to units as needed.
- **Pest Control Management**: Maintain a pest control log, record any activity, and coordinate with the Head Office for necessary actions.
- **Repairs and Maintenance**: Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks, coordinate with maintenance personnel or outside trades as required.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory of cleaning, repair, and maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- **Safety Compliance**: Maintain familiarity with fire safety plans, participate in annual inspections, and oversee turnover unit inspections and move-in processes.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs
- Sales skills to effectively market available properties and negotiate lease terms
- Administrative skills to handle various tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track tenant interactions and ensure timely follow-up
- Data entry proficiency to accurately input information into property management software (CMMS) and Yardi

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
