Federal Sales Services Specialist Premium

**Seeking a security-cleared sales professional for collaboration with Federal agencies and DND. Clearance preferred.**

The Services Specialist Premium role will focus on strategic Service & Software offers and is accountable for driving new annual business within the Federal Public Sector.

You will lead all aspects of the customer account with respect to Cisco Services & Software and drive the execution of customer/partner facing activities to conclusion in a quality, timely, and appropriate manner. You will be the expert on Cisco Premium services and advise the sales team and/or partner of the value premium services adds to the customers solution. You will focus on customer outcomes and value realization throughout the customer lifecycle.

Success is directly associated to the attainment of sales targets and growth in your assigned accounts. You will work with a number of large accounts for which you will team with the Account Mgr., partner, sales engineering, architecture and renewals teams.

A sales professional with proven success in the services industry with a strong drive to get results and very motivated to exceed sales goals. You will use your natural curiosity and empathy to establish relationships and provide the best solutions to our customers. A professional working comfortably in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Someone who understands maintenance contract data and uses analytics to provide insight and service recommendations.

5+ years of sales experience in IT and/or Federal Public Sector.

3+ years of experience in the IT service industry and/or Federal Public Sector.

3+ years of experience selling through channel partners

BA/BS degree in technology related fields or marketing/management

Some travel may be required

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
