**Role Description - Part-time Quality Control Specialist (2-3 Days Per Week)**

We currently have openings in Edmonton and Toronto. This position will be reporting to the CEO. You will have a key role in maintaining our service delivery excellence through training of employees, monitoring completed services and interacting with customers, and conducting on-site quality checks.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure Service Technicians have the proper training, skills, and tools to provide high quality work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Schedules and executes on-the-job training for Service Technicians to maintain and upgrade team member versatility.
- Will ensure that service delivery jobs are properly documented (by checking service photos) for customer service purposes.
- Manages customer reviews and complaints as required.
- Monitors work activities by performing service quality checks to ensure quality standards are maintained and safety practices, policies and procedures are followed.
- The Quality Control Specialist is a key point of contact with customers and will conduct on-site conversations with customers to ensure we are fulfilling our customer value commitment.
- Leads and participates in service delivery improvement initiatives as required for the Service Delivery team.

**Your Qualifications**

This position is ideal for someone who is able to collaborate in a team environment and can support team members excel through coaching and development, can communicate easily and work through tough conversations with customers, can work in a changing and flexible environment, and is a self-starter who embraces challenges.

You possess the following education, experience, and skills:

- Completion of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Service Technician role, servicing residential properties, specifically with grounds maintenance and snow clearing.
- 2+ years of previous experience as a Service Technician Lead or Supervisor. Previous experience leading a small team is required.
- Experience working with a variety of landscaping, lawn maintenance, and snow clearing equipment.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License is required with a clean Drivers Abstract.

Salary is commensurate with experience, with a range of $40k to $55k. This salary notes is for a full-time position and will be pro-rated based on hours worked.
