Quality Control Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain quality control policies and procedures in line with CSA and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Oversee aggregate, compaction, and concrete testing processes to ensure compliance with OPSS and industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to **Concrete Precast CSA and CCIL certification** requirements.
- Lead and mentor the quality control team, providing training on testing procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments and advise work sites on specification requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all quality control activities.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Document Non-Conformance Reports and respond to any Quality Assurance issues.
- Anticipate project specific quality issues and develop systems to prevent issues from arising/reoccurring.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum **CET (Certified Engineering Technologist/Technician)** designation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience in aggregate testing, compaction testing, and concrete testing.
- Familiarity with **Concrete Precast CSA certification** requirements.
- Strong knowledge of **ISO 9001:2015** quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of CCIL laboratory procedures and quality management systems
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in road, highway or municipal infrastructure projects
