Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Contracting Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish solid working relationships with the sales force and support them with licensing and contracting inquiries.
- Process contracting requests, ensuring they comply with our carrier, provincial and company guidelines.
- Review licensing documents to ensure company and provincial regulations are being followed.
- Maintain and update department process manual.
- Perform other duties pertaining to the contracting department requested by your immediate manager.
- Offer process and technology improvement suggestions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in office administration or contracting.
- Experience working in the insurance industry considered a strong asset.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Handle stressful situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have great problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and able to accept constructive criticism.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to take ownership of your work.
- Speak French / Spanish considered a strong asset.
- Willing to learn French / Spanish
