Relevant de la directrice générale, la personne au poste de coordination administrative appuie la direction dans l’exercice de ses fonctions, en l’occurrence dans l’élaboration et la rédaction des différentes demandes de financement, dans la recherche de nouveaux bailleurs de fonds, dans ses relations avec la communauté, ainsi qu’à travers d’autres tâches administratives liées à son mandat.

**Gestion administrative**:

- Assurer la recherche de financement et les suivis des demandes de subventions ;
- Assurer le respect des échéanciers (vérificateur comptable, bailleurs de fonds, responsables de projets, partenaires, etc.) ;
- Organiser, encadrer et assurer le suivi de la mise en œuvre des activités d’autofinancement ;
- Développer et mettre en place de nouveaux outils, protocoles, etc. ;
- Rester attentif à toutes possibilités de partenariats s’inscrivant dans le cadre son mandat.

**Gestion des opérations et des ressources humaines**:

- Répondre aux besoins reliés aux opérations ;
- Rédiger, tenir à jour et diffuser des politiques et procédures reliées aux activités de l’organisation et aux ressources humaines ;
- Bonifier les pratiques, processus et outils en place et les rendre plus efficients ;
- Participer au développement des capacités de l’équipe et les outiller ;
- S’assurer de la qualité des livrables des membres de l’équipe ;
- Participer à la vie de groupe de l’organisme communautaire famille ;
**En partenariat avec la direction**:

- Participer au contrôle et au suivi budgétaire ;
- Collaborer à la préparation des rapports financiers et des budgets ;
- Veiller aux obligations légales et administratives ;
- Répondre aux urgences ponctuelles et trouver des solutions pérennes ;
- Participer aux orientations et au développement de la ressource ;
- Assurer l’embauche, l’intégration, l’encadrement et le soutien du personnel ;
- Participer à l’établissement des besoins en ressources matérielles et humaines ;
- Co-animer ou animer les réunions d’équipe ;
- Respecter le code d’éthique et autre politique, procédures et processus de l’organisme ;
- Se charger de toutes autres responsabilités connexes qui pourraient lui être confiées ;
**Qualifications et expériences**:

- Diplôme d’études collégial ou universitaire en sciences humaines, administration ou toute autre discipline connexe, et/ou tout autre expérience jugées pertinentes en coordination de projets et/ou gestion d’activités administratives ;
- Expérience en gestion budgétaire et en gestion des ressources humaines ;
- Excellente maîtrise du français parlé et écrit ;
- Bonne connaissance et facilité à apprendre de nouveaux outils informatiques ;
**Compétences requises**:

- Avoir un sens de l’analyse, de la planification et de l’organisation très développé ;
- Faire preuve de rigueur et d’esprit critique ;
- Avoir une grande facilité d’adaptation ;
- Faire preuve d’une bonne gestion des priorités ;
- Grande capacité d’apprentissage dans l’action ;
- Bonnes habiletés relationnelles ; (communication, écoute, leadership).

**Conditions de travail **:

- 35 h/semaine du lundi au jeudi de 8h30 à 16h30 et 3h de télétravail ;
- Salaire à partir de 25$ selon les politiques salariales en vigueur ;
- 2 semaines de congés payés durant le temps des fêtes ;
- 96 heures de maladie par année ;
- 3 semaines de vacances, après 1 an de travail ;
- Montant mensuel alloué pour les frais de cellulaire ;
- Politiques de reconnaissance d’employé(e) ;
