**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a talented Sales Support Coordinator to provide general support to the sales network. Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads. Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists and individual research to support the industry focus of the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Formal education in either sales, marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to utilize resources and handle high pressure situations professionally.
- Ability to work with interruptions and deadlines, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Must be a self-starter, highly self-motivated and directed.
- Prior telemarketing, inside sales, and basic technical knowledge and experience is an asset.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Initiate and build communications and conduct follow-up communication to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Conduct needs analysis and determine how the Van der Graaf solution will speak to the end user.
- Organize, schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients and sales team.
- Maintain a current knowledge of the products that the company has to offer.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Generate monthly reports for performance monitoring.
- Assist in crafting sales support documentation through marketing engagement.
- Assist with outside sales requests, literature, and documentation.
- Tradeshow Co-ordination: Booking, travel, services, layout, deadlines, etc.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Expected Hours of Work**:
This is a full-time onsite position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays
