We are the country's largest real estate investing conference and attract speakers like Alex Rodriguez, Grant Cardone, Kevin O'Leary, Robert Herjavec, Jordan Belfort. In addition to our events and workshops, we provide quality real estate education and coaching programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact, qualify and close inbound leads and previous customers
- Maintain a high daily dial volume
- Update pipeline daily in the CRM
- Daily role playing and call reviews

**Qualifications**:

- Real estate investing and general business knowledge is definitely an asset (can be SFH, MF, lending, brokerage, or property management, or any relevant foundational knowledge)
- Track record of high-ticket closing
- Exceptional sales and closing instincts
- Door-to-door salespeople, gym membership sales experience, as well as high ticket closing experience is generally a great fit
- You must be a student of sales, always looking to improve

- A Closer: There is something in sales that separates the great from the average, and that’s the ability to close. Systems and frameworks can be taught, but the natural ability to close is something that will reward you for a lifetime. We want to hear from you if you have this talent.

**Hours**:
This is a full-time onsite position, Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6pm and including some Saturdays (no remote work).

**The Nitty-Gritty**:

- The job entails hitting the phone every day of the week, making hundreds of dials per day. It takes a driven individual who has serious goals and ambition to succeed in this role.
- This is not a pit stop or casual job. There is room to advance to higher positions and work with elite customers, but that is reserved for high performers. If that’s you, we want to meet.

**Compensation**:
Uncapped commissions on sales. OTE puts you in the range of $90,000-$200,000/yr.

Pay: $90,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- 8 hour shift
