Responsabilités

Le coordonnateur aux opérations est responsable de la coordination des opérations multiples entre les besoins de nos clients et le soutien efficaces de notre équipe de transporteurs. Relevant du gestionnaire de projets, ce poste sera axé sur l'excellence opérationnelle et un service à la clientèle supérieur. Le coordonnateur aux opérations doit s'assurer que tout fonctionne efficacement en équipe afin de soutenir nos normes

élevées en matière de réussite des transporteurs et du service à la clientèle

Plus spécifiquement;
- Au besoin, effectuer les demandes de taux auprès des transporteurs
- Analyses multiples pour besoins à l’interne
- Saisie des commandes (comprend l'envoi des chargements et la communication avec les courtiers en douane)
- Confirmation des véhicules auprès des courtiers, encans et concessionnaires
- Assurer le suivi avec les compagnies de transport et les clients selon les besoins
- Assurer le suivi des livraisons pancanadiennes et locales en cours
- Mise à jour des fichiers de suivi à l'interne

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience avec les programmes Logiciel de Gestion intégré, Google Suite,

Excel
- Expérience antérieure de la répartition et support aux opérations est un atout
- Une attitude positive et d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
- Expérience antérieure et passion pour le service à la clientèle
- Apprentissage rapide
- Grande tolérance à l'ambiguïté
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu
- Capacité à travailler sous une supervision mínimale
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation, de gestion des priorités et de résolution de problèmes
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais
- Une expérience préalable dans l'industrie du transport ou dans la logistique est considérée comme un grand atout

**Responsibilities**:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating multiple operations between the needs of our customers and the efficient support of our team of carriers. Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will focus on operational excellence and superior customer service. The Operations Coordinator must ensure that everything works effectively as a team to support our high standards for carrier success and customer service

More specifically,
- If necessary, request rates from carriers
- Multiple analyzes for internal needs
- Order entry (includes sending shipments and communicating with customs brokers)
- Confirmation of vehicles with brokers, auctions, and dealerships
- Follow up with transportation companies and customers as needed
- Follow up on ongoing pan-Canadian and local deliveries
- Updating internal tracking files
