**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an Investor Relations and Corporate Paralegal. This dual-role position combines investor relations responsibilities with corporate paralegal duties, focusing on enhancing our company’s brand visibility and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Investor Relations**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to boost the company's brand and visibility.
- Create and manage content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, presentations, and social media posts.
- Oversee the company's online presence, ensuring website content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Plan and coordinate events, including quarterly earnings calls, webinars, investor roadshows, conferences, and Investor Days.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare briefing materials for external finance and investor meetings.
- Manage the investor relations mailbox and calendar, including tracking investor meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with analysts, investors, and stakeholders to secure positive coverage.
- Manage news release dissemination for all Investor Relations activities and required notifications.

**Corporate Paralegal**:

- Assist in the preparation and coordination of Board and Committee Meetings and meeting materials.
- Serve as the primary contact for electronic board books using OnBoard software.
- Draft corporate resolutions, meeting minutes, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Coordinate aspects of the annual meeting of shareholders, including liaising with the transfer agent and assisting with the Chairman's script.
- Assist with the preparation of annual disclosure documents (e.g., AIF and Information Circular).
- File corporate disclosure, material change documents, and other statutory or regulatory filings on SEDAR, EDGAR, and SEDI, and other related regulatory filings with the TSX, AIM on the London
- Stock Exchange, and Securities Commission to ensure ongoing compliance with continuous disclosure requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Background in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proficient in coordinating shareholder meetings and managing regulatory filings, including SEDAR, EDGAR, and SEDI.
- Familiar in design tools like Canva for creating branding and marketing materials.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry and regulatory environments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to London, Toronto, and Trinidad as needed.
